Norma Jean drummer Daniel Davison has posted a message on the band’s myspace saying that he is leaving the band:

“I am not leaving the band on bad terms with any of the guys, but there are differences between us, both personal and spiritual, that I felt were too great for me continue on with, or ignore any longer.

We as a band have in some ways worked towards making things right in the areas where we differed…but for me, the feelings did not change, and we continued to grow apart.”

He will officially exit the band on November 8th.

Evanescence will be touring the States this Fall, supported by Sick Puppies and Julien-K. The tour kicks off on October 23rd in Miami and ends in the fiery pits off hell.

Yay for Evanescence.

Metallica and Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam) are to play at Neil Young’s Bridge School benefit concert at the Shoreline Ampitheatre, California.
Other acts playing at the concert to benefit handicapped children include John Mayer, Tom Waits, Tegan and Sara, Regina Spektor and Jerry Lee Lewis, with Eddie Vedder being backed by Flea and Jack Irons from the Chili Peppers.
The concert, which is in it’s 21st year, will be held on October 27 & October 28, 2007

The Foo Fighters will be touring the UK this November to promote their new album. They will play in 9 areas across Britain:
