Haste the Day kicks guitarist out because he’s not a christian

Yay for tolerance.

Haste the Day have “asked Jason Barnes to step down from his involvement with Haste the Day” because of his religious beliefs (or more precisely, his lack thereof.)

The band released a super long statement which basically states ‘Hey, we don’t have a problem with people who don’t believe in Jesus, but seriously Jason you heathen, get out. Right now.’

(Disclaimer: that’s not an actual quote)

Anyway, if you want to read the real statement use God-given Google to search for it. I’m off to sacrifice some goats.

Tickle Me Pink Bassist found dead

Tickle Me Pink bassist Johnny Schou was found dead yesterday morning at his home in Colorado – the day the band were to celebrate the release of their debut album. He was 22.
